The Stark Defense Industries Team has been working on a variety of problem sets to solve some of the new and legacy challenges facing the contested logistics environment, including:

• Identifying and enhancing design and material faults in key components of the Army Modular Causeway System’s connection hardware. Working alongside the Army Research Laboratory and the Army’s 331 Transportation Company

• Selected to demonstrate the Autonomous Modular Causeway Ferry System (AM -CFS) sensor mule at xTech Pacific 2025 in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii

• Developed a Predictive Failure Maintenance Program for Army Watercraft Systems to better identify critical faults and wear before equipment failure occurs in an operational environment.

• Launched the SkyCatcher Counter UAS system to intercept and disperse drone threats. Adding a layer of defense and survivability to vulnerable assets, with the concept of “ease of use for the operator” as a key principle. Demonstrating field use cases with the US Army, Navy, and Coast Guard during Operation Tidewater 2026.
